Qureos is a good place to learn, but watch out
Pros: As a Junior Software Engineer, you get a ton of exposure to new tech and a chance to quickly pick up new skills in the EdTech space. The team is pretty collaborative, and I've learned a lot from my senior colleagues here at this startup. It's a decent spot for skill development.
Cons: Job security at Qureos feels pretty shaky, to be honest. There's a lot of churn, and it's hard to feel confident in your role long-term, especially for new hires. Project priorities change super fast, which can make things feel unstable.
