Pros: I've learned a ton about their CPQ and field service management tools. It's solid exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem, which is great for a SaaS company. Remote work setup is pretty flexible too, that's a plus.
Cons: Career growth here is tough, honestly. As a Salesforce Consultant, there aren't many clear paths upward. Promotions feel pretty arbitrary. Mentorship isn't really a thing, you kinda just figure it out.
Advice to Management: Establish clearer career progression paths for your consulting roles. Invest in structured mentorship programs. It would help retain talent and show employees there's a future here.

Pros: The initial projects were pretty interesting, working on core cloud software features. You learn a lot if you're new to the Salesforce ecosystem. For a SaaS startup, the remote work flexibility was decent at first.
Cons: Job security felt really low, especially for us remote Software Engineer roles. There were constant reorganizations and some unexpected layoffs, which makes you nervous. It's tough to plan your career when things feel so unstable in this CPG industry tech space.
Advice to Management: Management needs to be more transparent about the company's financial health and future plans. It would really help with employee morale and job security concerns.
