Pros: The base salary for Project Manager roles, especially within the renewable energy industry, felt really solid. I felt fairly compensated for my work managing complex solar PV projects. They do offer a standard pension plan, which is a plus.
Cons: The health benefits weren't as comprehensive as I've seen at other corporate firms. Also, the bonus structure wasn't very transparent; it often felt arbitrary and wasn't always clear how it was calculated for Project Managers. Other perks, like wellness stipends, were completely missing.
Advice to Management: Please re-evaluate the overall benefits package to be more competitive. Focus on making health and wellness programs more robust. A clearer, more transparent bonus system for employees like Project Managers would also be greatly appreciated.
