Leadership has its moments, but needs consistency
As a Software Engineer at EPOS, I've seen some good things, but leadership could really step it up. There's potential here, just needs better direction from the top.
I've worked with some smart folks here, especially on our audio hardware projects. The team culture within my immediate development team in the Boston, MA office is solid and supportive. We get decent WFH flexibility too, which is nice.
Leadership can be a real mixed bag. Some managers are great, but the executive leadership team feels pretty disconnected from day-to-day software development. It's tough to get clear direction sometimes for new product features in the consumer electronics space.
Really try to connect more with the individual contributor engineers and development teams. Clearer roadmaps for our audio solutions would help everyone understand priorities better.
