Pros: The flexibility is really good here, especially for Product Manager roles. I've been able to do a lot of hybrid work, splitting time between the Copenhagen office and WFH. It's a solid 40-hour week most of the time, which is great for the professional audio tech industry.
Cons: Sometimes you get pulled into calls with teams in different time zones, which can mess up your evening. There are periods where project deadlines can make work a bit more intense, but it's not constant. Can be tough to completely unplug sometimes.

Pros: The hybrid model is solid for many. As a Product Manager, I could work from home 2-3 days a week. It's nice not being in the Copenhagen office five days straight.
Cons: True work-life balance isn't always there, especially when project deadlines hit in the audio technology space. Sometimes the 'flexible hours' just mean working late to catch up. It can be tough.
Advice to Management: Really look at how teams manage flexible hours. It often feels like WFH just means working longer for some roles instead of true flexibility.

Pros: The team is great, everyone's supportive and friendly. They're good with flexible hours and there's a pretty solid hybrid work setup, which I appreciated. The benefits for employees in communications technology are competitive, especially the health plan.
Cons: Career growth is a big issue here. As a Technical Support Specialist, I felt really stuck. There aren't many clear paths to move up or into different roles, even with good performance reviews. Internal promotions are pretty rare.
Advice to Management: Focus on developing clearer career paths and promoting from within your existing talent pool. Invest in training for growth, especially for roles like technical support that often get overlooked for advancement opportunities.
