Our vertically integrated programs in design, development, manufacturing, and distribution enable us to consistently meet these objectives. As a vertically integrated company, we manufacture all of our products in-house at our corporate headquarters in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, and our European headquarters in Amersfoort, Netherlands with distribution centers around the world.

Okay benefits, but salary could be better
Pros: The medical benefits package is pretty solid for full-time employees. They offer good health insurance options, which is a plus in the medical device industry. The 401k match is also decent if you stay a while.
Cons: However, the base salary for a Manufacturing Engineer isn't always competitive compared to other companies in Orange County, CA. Raises are often small, and it's tough to get significant bumps without changing roles. Don't count on big bonuses either.
Advice to Management: Seriously look at market rate adjustments for engineering roles. You're losing good talent because of the pay disparity. Invest more in competitive salaries, especially for those working onsite.

Solid culture for onsite medical device work
Pros: The team is collaborative and people really care about the products. Our medical devices make a real difference, which gives a strong sense of purpose. There's good job stability in the Rancho Santa Margarita office.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit old-school, very corporate sometimes. Innovation feels slow for our industry. Work-life balance is tough with the strict onsite policy.
Advice to Management: Try to embrace more modern work flexibility. Listen to employee feedback about work-life balance and introduce more hybrid options where possible.

Onsite Culture, Limited Work Flexibility
Pros: It's a stable company in the medical device industry. For my Manufacturing Engineer role in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, I could sometimes adjust my start time by an hour, which was decent. The team is usually supportive if you need an hour for an appointment.
Cons: But don't expect any real work-from-home options. It's a very onsite-focused corporate culture, so work flexibility beyond small schedule tweaks is pretty much non-existent. WFH isn't really a thing.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more hybrid options for roles that don't require constant onsite presence. It would really help with employee morale and retention.
