Work-life Balance is Decent, But Has Its Moments
Pros: For a mid-sized company, the benefits are solid. I usually get my 40 hours as a Project Coordinator in the Dallas, TX office, which is nice. There's some flexibility if you plan ahead for personal appointments.
Cons: Sometimes client deadlines can really mess up your evening plans. It's not uncommon to work late if a project is behind or there's unexpected resource allocation issues. The 'flexible' part often means you're just shifting hours around, not truly reducing them.
Advice to Management: Try to enforce better project planning to avoid last-minute crunch times. Protect employee evenings more consistently from urgent client demands.

Decent flexibility, but watch out for project crunches
Pros: The hybrid model is great; I usually only had to be in the Austin office two days a week. This really helped with my commute as a Software Engineer. They're okay with WFH days when you need them, which is a big plus.
Cons: Work-life balance can get tough when deadlines hit. I've pulled some 10-12 hour days during big project sprints, which isn't ideal. It's hard to say no to extra tasks sometimes.
Advice to Management: Managers should enforce stricter boundaries around project scope and deadlines. Help teams prioritize better to avoid burnout, especially for engineering roles.

Project Manager

Decent Flexibility, But Team Dependent
Pros: You do get some WFH days, usually 2-3 times a week, which is good for Project Managers managing agile projects. The Austin, TX office has solid tech, so remote work is pretty smooth when it's allowed. They're trying to be a modern consulting company.
Cons: Work flexibility really varies by team and your direct manager. Some managers are super strict about hybrid work, making it tough to use your WFH days. You can't just set your own hours; it's mostly a 9-5 gig.
Advice to Management: Standardize the hybrid work policy across all teams. It's frustrating when flexibility depends so much on individual managers, especially for project managers trying to balance client needs and personal life.
