Pros: The team is pretty solid, and you learn a lot from senior consultants. It's a great place to build foundational skills for a consulting career. Projects are interesting, giving you exposure to different industries. They've got a good benefits package, especially for healthcare.
Cons: Work-life balance here isn't great, especially as a Junior Consultant. Expect 55-60 hour weeks regularly, sometimes more during project crunch times. There's not much flexibility for remote work; it's mostly onsite at client locations or in the Chicago office. The pressure to deliver quickly can be really high, which impacts personal time.
Advice to Management: Try to manage client expectations better so consultants aren't constantly working overtime. More support for Junior Consultant roles could ease the burden. Consider offering more work from home options when possible.
