Decent job stability for B2B sales
Pros: As an Account Manager here, if you consistently perform, your spot feels pretty secure. It's a big corporate company in the IT distribution space, so there's general stability you don't find at startups. The remote work environment also helps.
Cons: That said, they do have reorganizations regularly, which makes you wonder. For B2B sales roles, the pressure to hit targets is constant. Sometimes job security feels less about loyalty and more about current quarter numbers, especially in the tech hardware sector.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent with employees during restructures. It makes people anxious and affects morale.

Culture is decent but quite corporate.
Pros: What's the work-life balance like here? It's pretty decent. As a Logistics Coordinator, my team's been really supportive, especially in the Clearwater, Florida office. The hybrid model is fantastic, giving us good WFH days.
Cons: Sometimes, the company culture feels a bit cold. It's a huge, big corporate operation in IT distribution. Decisions can take forever, which is tough in a fast-paced supply chain.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more connection across departments. Make sure the 'big corporate' feel doesn't overshadow teamwork. Streamline decision-making processes where possible.

Solid Flexibility for a Big Company
Pros: The hybrid work options are pretty solid here. As a Sales Operations Analyst, I appreciated being able to work from home most days. It really helps with personal appointments or just avoiding traffic in the mornings, which is a huge plus in the IT distribution industry.
Cons: Sometimes it feels like flexibility depends a lot on your direct manager. Not every team gets the same WFH privileges, which can be frustrating. Full remote work isn't really an option for many roles, even if the work could be done remotely.
Advice to Management: Keep pushing for more consistent flexibility across all departments and trust employees to manage their time. It really boosts morale and productivity when people feel they have control over their work environment.
