Cons: Career growth can feel a bit slow sometimes for core technical roles, like development. While the hybrid work model is good, project reassignments happen pretty often which can be disruptive. It's not a place for super-fast promotions, but good for stability.
Advice to Management: Try to create clearer paths for career progression for technical staff beyond just moving between projects. Invest more in internal training for new technologies to keep skills sharp.
