Cons: The base salary for a Retail Sales Associate really isn't competitive enough for the Beverly Hills boutique. Healthcare benefits felt pretty standard, not what I'd expect from a global luxury brand. Raises were often small.

Advice to Management: Try to spend more time on the sales floor with us. Listen to feedback from Sales Associates about client interactions and daily operations. Trust your teams more instead of always micromanaging.
