Culture is okay, but can be tough
Multiplier has a decent mission as a global employment platform. But the actual day-to-day company culture can be pretty inconsistent. It's a growing HR tech startup.
The team is generally supportive, especially within individual departments. As a Global Payroll Specialist, I felt my direct colleagues were always ready to help. It's cool seeing a startup tackle global employment solutions.
The culture gets a bit stressed during peak times, like end-of-month payroll processing. Communication across different time zones can be a real struggle, leading to delays. There isn't a strong sense of company-wide cohesion; it feels like a collection of teams sometimes.
Work on clearer cross-departmental communication. Try to build a more unified culture beyond just individual teams, especially for remote employees across different regions in this global employment industry.
