Pros: I've had solid job security as a process engineer here. They offer decent training programs, especially for those new to the industrial gases industry. It's a corporate environment, so things are pretty structured and stable.
Cons: Career growth feels really slow for experienced roles. There's not much upward mobility without someone retiring or leaving, making it tough to advance. Moving to a different department also takes ages, if it happens at all.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer promotion paths. Make it easier for employees to switch departments or roles without waiting years. It would really help with employee retention for technical roles.
