Pros: I've been a Supply Chain Analyst here for a bit, and the hybrid model is actually pretty solid. We get to work remote a couple of days a week, which is nice for personal appointments. It's a standard for many corporate roles in the Amersfoort office.
Cons: But don't expect too much real work flexibility outside of that. There are pretty strict core hours you need to be online, no matter if you're WFH or onsite. Sometimes it feels like they just want us in the office for show, especially in the dairy industry where collaboration can happen virtually.
Advice to Management: Leadership should trust employees more with their schedules and focus on output, not just presence. True work flexibility would make a big difference for morale.

Pros: Being in the essential dairy industry means the company is always needed. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, I've felt pretty secure in my role at the Amersfoort office. It's a large, corporate employer, so there's a certain stability you can count on.
Cons: Growth can feel slow sometimes, and I've seen a few internal reorganizations. That can make things a bit uncertain, even if actual layoffs are rare for operational roles.
Advice to Management: Keep focusing on clear communication, especially when there are company-wide changes. It helps everyone feel more secure.

Pros: I've had some really good team vibes, especially within the marketing department. People are pretty supportive and there's a solid community feel in the Amersfoort office. As a Marketing Specialist, I've worked on interesting projects in the dairy industry.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit slow. Decision-making isn't always quick here. It's tough to make real changes or innovate in this large FMCG company structure.
Advice to Management: Try to empower teams more. Streamline decision processes to foster faster innovation. Make sure to keep that strong team spirit alive.
