Leadership needs a clearer game plan

Pros: You get good experience on varied construction projects, especially with facade installation. The team environment in the Kuala Lumpur office is pretty supportive; that helps a lot when things are stressful.
Cons: Leadership struggles with clear direction on building envelope project deadlines. As a Project Coordinator, I often felt like I was guessing priorities. There's not much path for career growth for engineering roles here.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent with project goals. Create a clearer development path for employees, especially in technical roles. Show more
