Pros: You get pretty consistent 9-to-5 hours, which is good for a busy logistics company. Being an onsite role means you have a clear separation between work and home. It works if you prefer being in the office daily with your team.
Cons: Work flexibility is very low here, especially for operations roles like mine. There are almost no remote work options, even for lighter tasks. You're expected in the Kuala Lumpur office every single day.
Advice to Management: Consider introducing some hybrid work options for roles that can manage it. Even one or two WFH days a week could greatly improve morale and give staff more flexibility, especially for the Kuala Lumpur office team.
