Pros: I like that our Kuala Lumpur office has a pretty understanding team. As an Architectural Drafter, I can usually hit my 40-hour weeks. There's some flexibility if you need to WFH occasionally.
Cons: Project deadlines can be super intense for architectural design work. You sometimes work late and on weekends, especially before big client presentations. It's not consistent, which can be tough to plan around.
Advice to Management: Try to better distribute the workload during crunch times for architectural design projects. More predictable hours would really help with employee morale.

Pros: As a Junior Graphic Designer in the Kuala Lumpur office, the starting salary was decent enough. They do offer standard EPF and SOCSO contributions, and basic medical coverage is provided, which is fine.
Cons: Annual raises are pretty minimal here; it's tough to see any real salary growth even after successful creative design projects. Don't expect much in terms of performance bonuses or extra perks. For a mid-sized firm, the benefits package feels pretty lean overall.
Advice to Management: Seriously review the compensation structure, especially for employees who've been here a few years. Investing more in competitive pay and better benefits will help retain talent.
