Cons: True remote work isn't really an option here. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I often felt pressured to be in the office, especially mid-week. There's not enough genuine flexibility for staffing roles; it's mostly 3 days in, 2 days WFH.
Advice to Management: Really commit to flexible work policies beyond just hybrid. Trust your employees in the APAC region to manage their own schedules, especially for roles that don't require constant onsite presence. Explore more remote options.
