Pros: Job security here is pretty good for most roles. We have a consistent client base in the financial advisory industry, so there's always work. As a Junior Consultant, I never worried about project flow drying up.
Cons: Career progression can feel a bit slow unless you're buddy-buddy with a partner. There isn't much upward movement for mid-level staff, which makes some people look elsewhere. The firm is stable but advancement isn't guaranteed.
Advice to Management: Focus more on clear career paths for non-partner track roles. Having a more structured mentorship program would help with retention.
