Pros: As an Interior Designer here, I've got to say the team's pretty supportive. You really feel like you're part of something, especially during those tough project deadlines in the interior design industry. Everyone's generally friendly onsite.
Cons: There's a lot of micromanagement from leadership, which gets frustrating. It feels like they don't trust you to get your work done without constant oversight. Recognition for hard work is also pretty rare.
Advice to Management: Trust your employees more and step back from micromanaging every single task. Start recognizing hard work and individual achievements; it really boosts team morale and productivity.
