Cons: Work-life balance is often rough. Expect 10-12 hour shifts, especially when production targets are high in our plating operations. Weekends can be gone for mandatory overtime, which really cuts into personal time.
Advice to Management: Try to implement more predictable shift schedules. It would really help with employee morale and reduce burnout for the Production Technicians in Shah Alam.
