Solid start but not much room to grow

Pros: You get hands-on experience quickly as an Assistant Site Engineer on various building projects in Kuala Lumpur. It's good for learning the basics of project execution and site management. The team is generally helpful, which is nice for entry-level roles.

Decent Team Culture, Needs Modernizing

Cons: The culture here can feel a bit old-school, especially for new ideas. There's not much work flexibility for onsite staff in the Kuala Lumpur office. Decisions often come from the top without much input from the ground.
