Stable enough, but don't expect fast growth

Pros: Job security here is pretty good for logistics roles. As a Logistics Coordinator, I always had consistent work, which is great. The sheer volume in express logistics keeps the company stable.
Cons: Career progression isn't very clear, especially for those of us in Kuala Lumpur. Pay raises are infrequent. There's not much room to move up.
Advice to Management: Invest more in employee development and create clear progression paths for all logistics roles. A bit more transparency on compensation reviews would help too. Show more

Logistics Coordinator

Okay for now, not much long-term growth

Pros: It's a stable job, especially in the busy shipping industry. I learned a lot about daily operations as a Logistics Coordinator. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is pretty supportive.
Cons: There's not much room to move up here. I haven't seen many internal promotions for those in operations or delivery services. It feels like you hit a ceiling quickly.
Advice to Management: Invest more in training and creating clear promotion paths for operations staff. This would really help retain talent in express services. Show more
