Decent Flexibility, But Depends on Your Team
Pros: I liked the hybrid model they offered; it really helped with my commute as an IT Consultant in Kuala Lumpur. You can usually work from home a couple of days a week, which is a big plus for work-life balance. It's a decent setup for a mid-sized tech company.
Cons: Sometimes the 'work from home' isn't as flexible as advertised for certain client projects. It can be tough if your manager prefers everyone in the office, even with the hybrid policy. There's not much remote work option if your project demands more onsite presence.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the hybrid model across all teams and projects. Make sure managers are empowered to offer true work flexibility, especially for technical roles like IT Consultants.

Decent for Junior Roles, Growth Stalls
Pros: It's a solid place to start if you're fresh out of university, especially as a Junior Software Engineer. You get to touch a lot of different projects in the IT industry here. The initial learning curve is good, and you pick up new skills fast.
Cons: Beyond the first year or two, career growth really slows down. There isn't a clear path for promotion to senior roles, even in the Kuala Lumpur office. You often have to seek out your own development, which can be tough.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to invest in formal career development plans. Give employees, especially in software development, a clear roadmap for advancement beyond entry-level positions and provide mentorship.
