On behalf our client Chemical Manufacturing dedicated partners in Water Treatment, Personal Care,andLife Sciences, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant Manager / Deputy production Manager to join our team in Cikarang, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience in production management, demonstrating the ability to oversee operations, coordinate teams, and ensure quality standards are met.
📍 Location: Karawang Indonesia
⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office
💼 Role: Production Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager
Responsibilities
- Production Cost Optimization, do effective management of resources such as equipment and manpower such that optimum production cost and efficiency is achieved
- Manpower Optimization, optimize the manpower requirement to achieve optimum production cost and high productivity
- Capacity Utilization, to balance the capacity vs demand and identify the bottlenecks and improve the output
- Safety Implementation, meet the productivity targets with ZERO accidents at the workplace by maintaining a safe workplace and environment
- Project Management, having a responsibility to handle project investment with timeline targets and manage the budget cost related to the production
- Quality Management System, coordinate, adhere, and improve on the implementation of OMS in production areas
- Continuous Improvement, lead the team with initiatives like Lean Manufacturing, 6S and good manufacturing practices
Requirements
- Min Bachelor/Master (preferably) Degree majoring in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Min 5 - 10 years working experiences in the Production Field, preferably experience in Water Treatment Chemical
- Familiar with DCS operation
- Have Leadership, Problem Solving, Communication, Project Management and Personal Efficiency Technical Skill
- Good Manufacturing Practice, Chemical Manufacturing Process, Risk Management, Manufacturing Plant Equipment, Data Analysis and Organization Efficiency
