Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Manager / Head of Production in the food industry, especially snacks/chips (preferably with extruder, oven, and fryer processes).
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and Halal implementation systems.
Understanding of project management skills (Operational Excellence, TPM, AM).
Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, leadership, and teamwork.
Tanggung Jawab:
Prepare and manage the annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH) in line with company targets and strategic plans.
Lead and oversee all production activities across mixing, extruder, oven, frying, and packing processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.
Ensure product quality and food safety compliance according to GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and Halal standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize processes, including TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), preferably AM (Autonomous Maintenance).
Collaborate closely with R&D, QA/QC, and PPIC teams for new product trials, production scheduling, and process optimization.
