Key Responsibilities
Property Operations Management Assists in managing daily building operations including maintenance coordination, vendor oversight, and facility inspections. Ensures the property meets operational standards and compliance requirements. Monitors building systems and responds to emergencies or urgent situations as they arise.
Tenant Relations and Service Serves as primary contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns. Conducts property tours for prospective tenants and assists with lease administration. Maintains positive tenant relationships to support retention and satisfaction. Coordinates move-ins, move-outs, and tenant improvements.
Financial Administration Supports budget preparation and expense tracking. Reviews and processes vendor invoices, purchase orders, and service contracts. Assists with rent collection follow-up and tenant billing reconciliation. Maintains accurate financial records and reporting.
Vendor and Contractor Coordination Oversees maintenance contractors, service providers, and vendors. Ensures work is completed to specification, on time, and within budget. Maintains vendor relationships and evaluates service quality.
Administrative Functions Manages property documentation, files, and records. Prepares reports on property performance, occupancy, and operational metrics. Coordinates property inspections and ensures regulatory compliance. Maintains property management software and databases.
