Job Description:
- Mendukung pencapaian target omzet perusahaan melalui pengelolaan project hotel yang efektif dan memastikan eksekusi project berjalan sesuai kebutuhan klien.
- Mengembangkan dan menambah customer hotel baru dengan melakukan pendekatan, presentasi kebutuhan project, serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pihak hotel.
- Memastikan AR hospitality terkontrol dengan melakukan koordinasi intensif terkait progress project, status billing, dan tindak lanjut terhadap potensi overdue.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim operation dan internal untuk memastikan kebutuhan project hotel terpenuhi.
- Mengidentifikasi peluang project baru di jaringan hotel potensial.
Requirements
- Minimal pendidikan D3/S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan jurusan Bisnis atau Marketing.
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja sebagai Sales Project di industri furniture, sanitary, interior design, building material, atau bidang sejenis.
- Memiliki jaringan relasi yang luas dengan hotel, properti, residensial, developer, dan sejenisnya.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik.
- Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun mandiri.
- Memiliki kemampuan presentasi produk.
- Memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik.
- Bersedia bekerja mobile di lapangan.
- Dapat bergabung secepatnya (ASAP).
- Penempatan: Meruya Ilir, Jakarta Barat.
