Work closely with function stakeholders to lead and drive projects.
Identify functional, regulatory, technical gaps and initiate projects to achieve desired results.
Identify potential risks and develop a strategy to manage these risks.
Requirements
Experience level : 4 years experience in financial services industry.
Good project management skills (generic skills i.e. workplan, tracking, stakeholder management); skilled at translating ambiguity into concrete next steps and outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to solve new problems and learn quickly; strong analytical background
Good understanding of Indonesia financial services (Insurance/Credit) market/business process (i.e. claim, underwriting, operations).
Proficiency in written and verbal English and Bahasa
