Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor end-to-end project execution, particularly licensing-related projects
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met as planned
- Communicate project progress, updates, and potential issues to internal and external stakeholders, including clients
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, operations, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding project updates and progress
- Prepare regular project reports and conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role
- Experience working in a startup, legal tech company, or consulting firm
- Prior experience in licensing, regulatory, or legal-related projects is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion) is a plus
