  • Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects involving core insurance systems (policy, claims, billing)
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture approaches
  • Define technical scope, milestones, and dependencies
  • Work closely with solution architects to design scalable and secure systems
  • Review architecture diagrams, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Lead, or similar role.
  • Strong experience in data platform projects, preferably Cloud Data Lakehouse or Data Warehouse initiatives.
  • Experience working with external vendors and system integrators
  • The candidate must have hands-on implementation and project experience in the following areas:
    • Batch and delta ingestion concepts (CDC, incremental load).
    • Integration from multiple source systems (RDBMS, legacy systems, SaaS).
    • Understanding ingestion orchestration and scheduling.
    • Data transformation and aggregation logic.
    • Understanding of derived tables, data modeling, and performance considerations.
    • Familiarity with analytical datasets, metrics, and KPI construction.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into analytical data needs.
