PERSOL Indonesia is currently looking for Indirect Purchasing and this role will take place in Sidoarjo, East Java
To support company growth by developing effective procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations
Job Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendor performance.
- Conduct price negotiations and implement cost optimization initiatives.
- Handle procurement of non-technical goods and services (indirect purchasing)
- Monitor delivery schedules and vendor performance to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure vendor compliance with the company's Code of Conduct.
- Coordinate vendor management related to B3 (Hazardous Waste) activities.
- Support Export-Import documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare procurement reports and support internal/external audit activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance purchasing efficiency.
