Overview
Job Descriptions:
- Manage the Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) purchasing process in accordance with the established plan to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective suppliers.
- Conduct field visits to suppliers’ and potential suppliers’ plantations to assess and ensure FFB quality.
- Perform Oil Extraction Rate (OER) and Kernel Extraction Rate (KER) analyses to obtain accurate operational data.
- Map competitor palm oil mills, identify mill potential within designated areas, and carry out market intelligence activities to maintain updated market potential information.
- Coordinate with the Commercial Head Office (Jakarta) regarding FFB purchasing reports and other related activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Agriculture, Plantation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the palm oil plantation industry as an FFB Purchasing Assistant, Logistics Assistant, or FFB Purchase Officer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan.
