About Luxehouze

Luxehouze is a fast-growing omnichannel luxury marketplace operating across Indonesia and Singapore, serving high-value customers in watches, fashion, and beauty. We operate in an environment where trust, speed and excellence matter, and where outcomes matter more than activity.

We are looking for a Growth Analyst, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

What Will Be Challenging

Please read this carefully - it’s here to help you self-select.

  • Expectations are high and visible
  • Problems may be ambiguous and fast-moving
  • Priorities can change as the business scales
  • Feedback is direct and frequent
  • Performance is measured by results, not intentions
  • If you require rigid structure, narrow scope, or close supervision to perform well, this environment may not be a good fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer, product, and commercial data to identify growth opportunities, customer behavior patterns, and operational improvements.
  • Support the Growth team by translating business questions into structured analyses and actionable insights.
  • Monitor and report key growth metrics across the customer funnel, including traffic, conversion, retention, repeat purchase, and revenue performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to provide timely visibility into business performance.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer cohorts, campaign performance, product performance, pricing, and other growth initiatives.
  • Assist in formulating hypotheses, measuring experiment results, and evaluating the impact of new initiatives and A/B tests.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, CRM, and Finance teams to provide data-driven recommendations for business decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy by validating datasets, identifying anomalies, and collaborating with data engineering when necessary.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear presentations and recommendations for stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, documentation, and analytical methodologies to increase efficiency and data reliability.
  • Support the design, measurement, and post-analysis of growth experiments, including customer segmentation, CRM initiatives, referral programs, membership features, pricing tests, and pre-order initiatives.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of growth initiatives by defining success metrics, conducting post-launch analyses, and providing recommendations for optimization.

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Growth Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategy, Management Consulting, or similar analytical roles.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to customer behavior, growth opportunities, and business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving business environments.
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, consumer, luxury, or other high-growth businesses is highly preferred.
  • Strong curiosity about customer behavior.
  • Ability to explain insights in plain language.
  • Structured problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail
