Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Manage and optimize company social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports using analytics tools.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies that support business objectives.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional content.
- Maintain website content and ensure branding remains consistent across all platforms.
- Generate and nurture leads through various digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google Ads, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, property management, or short-term rentals.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
