Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies to achieve acquisition and revenue targets across multiple marketing channels.
  2. Analyze campaign and funnel performance data (lead quality, CPL, CAC, ROAS) to identify optimization opportunities.
  3. Develop and align cross-channel campaign plans (Meta, Google, TikTok, KOL, etc.) with Schoters’ OKRs.
  4. Collaborate with the creative and performance teams to develop data-driven campaign ideas, landing pages, and content.
  5. Identify market trends and consumer insights to enhance strategic effectiveness and explore new scaling opportunities.
  6. Prepare regular performance reports and data-based strategic recommendations for management decision-making.



Qualifications & Skills

  • :Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
  • .2–4 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, growth marketing, or performance marketing
  • .Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign metrics such as CPL, CAC, and ROAS
  • .Proficiency in managing multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, KOLs, etc.)
  • .Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
  • .Creative, data-driven, and growth-oriented mindset
  • .Experience in the education industry or startup environment is a plus
