Responsibilities:
Data Accuracy:
- Purchase order, Import documents and Delivery Order creation.
- Shipping documents check and verifications.
- Logistic documents updates and uploaded
- Shipments or delivery monitoring, updates in to reporting.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with logistic vendors, sales and distributors to ensure successful fulfilment in line with customer expectation.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to support smooth operations.
Performance Monitoring:
- Shipment/delivery are well informed to customer and sales team to ensure visible shipment status.
- To ensure meet the service level per job scope.
- Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
