As a Procurement Marketing, You Will
- Conduct sourcing activities for non-inventory categories, primarily supporting marketing purchase requests.
- Negotiate pricing, SLAs, payment terms, and contracts to secure the best value.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle (PR → PO → GR/Service Entry → Invoice coordination).
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide efficiency recommendations to the department owner.
Requirements
- Minimum >1 years of experience in procurement within the FMCG or beauty industry
- Strong understanding in handling marketing and visual merchandising needs.
- Ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality products
- Ability to manage procurement budgets and analyze cost structures
- Strong Microsoft Office skills or familiarity with other data analysis tools to forecast demand, analyze supplier performance, and track spending
