Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, price negotiation, purchasing, and delivery monitoring.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement efficiency initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
- Conduct supplier evaluation and performance monitoring based on service quality, pricing, and contractual obligations.
- Support strategic sourcing activities through market research, vendor benchmarking, and pricing comparisons.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of purchasing needs.
- Prepare procurement reports, purchasing summaries, and supplier analysis for management review.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier developments relevant to company operations.
- Ensure procurement documentation, contracts, and records are properly maintained and compliant with company policies.
- Support procurement process improvements and contribute to operational optimization initiatives.
- Assist in procurement projects and other assignments as directed by management.
