Role Description


This is a contract-based onsite role for an IT Technical Support position located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The IT Technical Support will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues for internal and external users. The role involves managing IT-related inquiries, maintaining hardware and common office software, network connectivity and supporting technology operations.


Qualifications


  • Indonesian citizens only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in IT Technical Support (For Junior)
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant working experience in IT Technical Support (For Senior)
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows OS and macOS environments.
  • Experienced in Laptop/PC installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Experienced with network connectivity troubleshooting, including LAN and Wi-Fi.
  • Experienced in Printer and Video Conference installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Able to provide support for Office365 apps and common office software.
  • Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and working within SLA-based support.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
