Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve incoming requests for technical support from users
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues
  • Provide guidance and training to end-users on the use of various software applications and IT systems
  • Maintain detailed records of all support activities and resolutions
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or vendor for further investigation and resolution
  • Ensure the company's IT infrastructure and assets are secure and well-maintained

Requirements

  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and technical support
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of hardware, software, and networking technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with end-users
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Formal qualification in Information Technology or a related field would be an advantage
