Pros: I liked the hybrid work option; it's better than fully onsite. For us in creative design roles, having some days at home helps focus. The team is pretty solid, and the projects are interesting within the digital product industry.
Cons: True work flexibility is tougher than you'd expect, even with the hybrid setup. You can't just shift your hours much, which makes personal appointments tricky. Full remote work isn't really an option for the Austin, TX office team, even after two years.
Advice to Management: Give managers more power to approve flexible schedules or temporary remote work for their teams. It'd boost morale and retain talent, especially for experienced design roles.
