Pros: You get some flexibility with the hybrid work model, which is nice. As a Customer Success Manager, I could usually plan my Tokyo office days. People mostly try to respect your off-hours.
Cons: During the week, it's easy to work long hours. There's often pressure to get things done, typical for a growing SaaS startup. Deadlines can be really tight, making it tough to switch off.
