Pros: The remote work arrangement at ESQ Course is a solid perk. As a Course Coordinator, I get a lot of freedom to manage my schedule for developing online courses. This WFH setup really helps with personal appointments, especially working remote from Dallas.
Cons: Even with the flexibility, some projects for continuing legal education can have tight deadlines. This means I've pulled some late nights to get things done. It feels like the 'always on' expectation is there, even remotely.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer boundaries for remote teams. While the flexibility is great, expecting quick responses outside of typical work hours can burn people out. Investing more in project management tools could also help for our online education content.
