Existensi is the 1st psychology primary clinic consultant in Bogor, West Java - Indonesia. Founded in 1986 by Dra. Elenawati Wirawan, MS and Ir. Herman Wirawan, MBA.
We provide a lot of psychology services such as clinical counseling psychology (children & adults), organisational psychology services, and some psychology workshops/seminars. We also provide some management training, assessment, management consultation, and recruitment. Our clients varied from local Indonesian Companies up to Multinational Companies.
We uphold psychological ethics, privacy and services as one of the key points in our company.

Pros: The team here is super supportive, which made daily tasks much easier. As a junior psychologist, I got hands-on experience with diverse psychological assessments, which was great for my career growth in the industry. Some projects are really interesting.
Cons: Work-life balance is a struggle here. You're often expected to stay late to complete reports, and client consultations can run long. There's not much work flexibility, which can be tough when you need personal time in the Jakarta office.
Advice to Management: Try to manage client expectations better regarding timelines. Also, consider more equitable workload distribution among psychology professionals to prevent burnout. Respecting personal time would go a long way.
