Pros: You get stable hours as a Production Supervisor; they're pretty consistent. The team dynamic is good, people help each other out during busy shifts. Job security feels strong in this industry, which is a big plus.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't really a thing for my role. It's pretty much all onsite work, no hybrid or remote options for manufacturing roles. Taking time off can be tough if there isn't enough coverage, so planning is key.
Advice to Management: Consider allowing more flexibility where possible, even if it's not full remote. Maybe a hybrid schedule for some administrative or planning roles, if not directly for production.
