Pros: I liked the flexibility with the hybrid work setup; it really helps. For Project Engineer roles, you do get a chance to see your work on actual solar projects, which is cool. The team generally tries to respect your time outside of critical deadlines.
Cons: The startup environment means things can get pretty intense, especially with deadlines for new renewable energy projects. Sometimes you're looking at 50-60 hour weeks. There isn't always a clear boundary, which can be tough in the Jakarta office.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer expectations around working hours, especially when approaching major solar project milestones. More robust project planning could help smooth out the peaks.
