Pros: The company culture at Proxima Research Int. is generally supportive. People are friendly, and there's a strong sense of teamwork, which is great for new Research Analysts. We have a good hybrid model in the Boston office, letting us balance WFH and in-person collaboration.
Cons: Work-life balance here can be tough sometimes, especially during big project deadlines. There's a lot of pressure to deliver, and it often means working longer than typical 40-hour weeks. It's not always easy to disconnect.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into balancing project loads better. Maybe hire more staff for key research initiatives to reduce burnout. Supporting employees' time off would also help.
