Pros: You can definitely grow here, especially as a Software Engineer. There's lots of challenging work in the fintech industry that helps you learn fast. I've seen people move up quickly if they're proactive and really own their projects in the Jakarta office.
Cons: Career growth isn't always structured, which can be tough for some. Sometimes you have to really fight for promotions or new responsibilities. For junior roles, the path forward isn't always clear and you might feel stuck for a bit in this growing tech company.
Advice to Management: Create clearer career paths for all roles, especially for junior employees in the product and engineering teams. Regular check-ins on growth and development would help a lot.
