Fast-paced ed-tech, but balance can be tough
Pros: You get to learn a lot really fast here, especially working on a growing platform. The team culture among engineers is pretty solid, and it's exciting being part of an **ed-tech startup**. We had some **work flexibility** with hybrid options sometimes.
Cons: The work-life balance for **Frontend Developer** roles can be tough. There's a lot of pressure to meet tight deadlines, which often means longer hours. It's not always easy to switch off after work, especially in the **Jakarta** office.
Advice to Management: Try to set more realistic project timelines to help improve the work-life balance. Support team leads in protecting their teams' time so we don't always feel burnt out.

Leadership could use some work, it's a startup.
Pros: I learned a lot working here as a Product Manager. The team's really smart and dedicated in the Jakarta office, especially in the ed-tech industry. It's cool to see what a fast-paced startup environment is like.
Cons: Leadership communication is a big problem. Decisions often change quickly without much explanation, which is tough for product manager roles. There's not a lot of clear direction from the top, making planning difficult.
Advice to Management: Try to communicate strategic changes more clearly and consistently. Give teams more context behind big decisions so we can align better.
